Booking conditions

Check-in and check-out

Apartments are available from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure, returning the keys.

Registered guests

The premises are reserved exclusively for guests registered at the time of booking, as required by Article 109 of the Italian Consolidated Public Security Act, except for medical personnel in case of emergency.

Pets

Non-dangerous pets are welcome free of charge. They are not allowed on beds, armchairs or sofas.

Smoking

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the apartments or in common areas. Smoking is allowed outdoors only, with the utmost care due to fire risk.

Minors

Minors not accompanied by an adult are not accepted. For accompanied minors, parents or those exercising parental responsibility are liable for their safety and conduct.

Pool and outdoor areas

The bathing pool can be used from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Use of the pool, the citrus grove and the outdoor areas is at each guest's own responsibility. Apartment bath linen may not be taken to the pool or citrus grove area.

Cleaning and linen

Apartment cleaning and bath linen change take place every 3 days; bed linen is changed once a week or at the end of each stay.

Utilities

Guests are kindly asked not to waste electricity and water: switch off lights and air conditioning when away, and do not leave doors and windows open while the climate control is running.

Waste sorting

The Municipality of Grottaglie operates separate waste collection. Each apartment is equipped with the appropriate bins.

Parking

The unguarded parking area is outside the property but within the Farm. The property is not liable for loss, damage or theft of items, valuables or vehicles left unattended.

Barbecue

A barbecue is available to guests on request at the reception.
